1. Your Appointment

• Please arrive on time. You will need ID to get to your appointment, so have it ready. Clients arriving 10 minutes late. Will get a non-negotiable $25 late fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and or subject to $50 same day cancellation fee.

-If you forget to validate your parking and receive a ticket in the mail, you do not have to pay for it. It is a private lot. But just avoid receiving a ticket in the mail by validating your parking when you arrive or shortly before you arrive.

They do not boot or tow in this parking garage.

-After you validate your parking in the parking garage of the retail side walk down to the door in the parking garage that leads to the lobby have your ID ready and text 470-430-3083 that you have arrived to the lobby for your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Lash Recommendations

• I do not recommend Lashes that are 14 mm+ because it is long, especially if you have small eyes but if you request longer lashes that is totally fine.

• I usually use C curl, but I do have other curls available. I recommend C curl especially for first time client.

• The classic set is very natural and it should look like it’s your real lashes. The custom set is a wispy classic set, not much thicker than the classic. Both of these sets are using individual lashes. The classic individual lashes are thinner in lash thickness and the custom lashes are still individual lashes, but they are thicker lashes than the classic lashes. Both of these sets are best If you have a lot of natural lashes . The hybrid is a mix of classic lashes and volume fans. The fluffy lash is a volume set with full volume fans and the Barbie set is a mega volume set and it will come out very dark. The hybrid, the fluffy and the Barbie set best for those who have gaps in their natural lash and like a fuller look.

You can change your mind on which Lash set you want when you arrive.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any eye conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the appointment.

• If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.

• Our tools and workstations are sanitized between each client to maintain a clean and safe environment. •Please keep your eyes closed the full entire time. Do not get on your phone. If you need to take a call, that’s fine. Just have AirPods and have Siri on so that you can answer and hang up calls as needed. You can talk but best if your eyes are closed.

5. Aftercare & Maintenance

• Clients will be able to get Lashes wet immediately after service but it’s not recommended. You need to get a new set after every refill to keep Lashes in sync and for Best health of your Lashes. If you still have lashes on after your f feeling appointment, you can wait till they fall off or you can book a removal with your new set. If you need a removal, make sure that you add it on so the time is blocked off for you because sometimes I may not have time to randomly do a removal and trying to remove old lashes with a tweezer sometimes is painful.

• Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your lash extensions and overall eye health. Make sure you brush the Lashes from the bottom side up and not the top down so you do not snatch the Lashes out. Do not touch your eyes and use a rag and wash around your eyes when you are washing your face.

• Follow-up appointments and touch-ups should be scheduled before the 21 day mark as recommended by your technician.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment. Cash is not accepted.

• All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours.
